It is mandatory to book, confirm, and make full payment for all our services, without exception, at least 48 hours prior to the start of your tour, service, or itinerary (including the first service in your travel plan or shuttle).
We kindly request the information of the person responsible for the booking, along with a scanned copy of their passport. Additionally, we require emergency contact details for each individual traveling with us. To provide optimal assistance in case of any unforeseen events, it is imperative that our travelers share any relevant medical information, including health conditions, medical history, or allergies for every person participating in the tour.
While our vehicles and drivers are insured, please note that we do not offer health insurance, medical insurance, travel insurance, or any other insurance coverage. Therefore, it is essential that our travelers obtain their own medical and travel insurance (both are required in all cases) or any other necessary insurance to address any potential needs while traveling with us. This requirement applies to all travelers without exception.
