Private shuttle / driver service in Guatemala:

When booking a private shuttle service it is important that you provide the travel agency of your choice with the next information:

1. Date, time, and detail address for your pickup.
2. The exact number of people in your party.
3. The amount of luggage pieces that all of you together are carrying and the weight if it is possible.
4. Names of everyone in your party
5. If possible an emergency contact (family o somebody who can assist you in any event)

About our services:

Our services regularly are an A to B service, meaning we need a precise address for your shuttle service destination. Also, we can have 2 to 3 stops on the way to use the restroom or have a snack, but the stops can not be longer than 30 minutes in any case, and if the shuttle service is a service longer than 100 Km or 2 3 hours you can have a 1-hour break as long as the route is not changed, we do have very secure logistics for our clients, drivers, and vehicles and we do not accept sudden changes on the route, and we always suggest the best routes based on the best time response expected from our vehicle insurance in the case of any event or emergency.

We keep our vehicles in very good conditions, so we do not allow our passengers to smoke, drink alcoholic beverages or eat inside the vehicles, the reason why we provide stops for snacks or a meal based on the length of your trip if necessary. We also do not allow our passengers to put their feet on the car control panels or destructive behavior that compromises the integrity of our vehicles. In any case that our driver notes that a passenger is carrying illegal substances (drugs or anything considered a dangerous good), weapons, or a violent or disrespectful behavior or treat towards our staff in any position or 3rd party service providers our drivers are allowed to ask the passengers to get out of the vehicle and when necessary we may call the police if we need to protect our staff members or vehicles. Mutual respect between service provider and client/passenger is a must for us as well as a respectful behavior toward the law.

Important:

Every vehicle has specifications defined by the vehicle user manual (the make), therefore our vehicles based on these facts have limitations for the number of people we can transport, the number of luggage pieces as well as weight, in this way we guarantee the best and secure performance of our vehicles for the safety and a quality service experience of our clients / passengers, and our drivers/staff. We only accept shuttle services bookings with at least 48 hrs in advanced, the service must be fully paid before the pickup in order to not have our drivers carrying or handling cash or credit card payment failure. And the required information from the passengers, destinations, luggage and any specific requirement by the client must be defined 48 hours before your shuttle service with no exception.
